Bhadrak/01.02.3.2017:One day district level RTI workshop has conducted for the Public Information Officers (PIOs), Assistant Public Information Officers(APIOs) and First Appellate Authorities on date 01.03.2017 at Sankruti Bhaban Conference hall, Bhadrak with the strong leadership of DI&PRO, Bhadrak Shri Golok Chandra Behera. 120 participants were presented in the workshop. Sri Laxmi Narayan Mishra, IAS Collector and District Magistrate inaugurated the Programme by lighting the lamp.

Among others, Sri Sanat Kumar Mohanty, OAS, PDDRDA, Bhadrak, Sri Digambara Mohanty, retired Commissioner-cum Seretary, Govt. of Odisha, and Sri Harsha Parichha,Domain Expert, Luminous Infoways Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneswar, chaired on the occasion.

Before commencement of the Training Programme, the dignitaries spoke about the importance and relevance of RTI Act for the citizen and Public Authorities. PDDRDA Sri Mohanty under lined “RTI is a great historic movement for acces of Information from Public Authority.” by which transparency and accountability will be maintained.

In his introductory address, Shri Golak Chandra Behera, DI&PRO, Bhadrak presented the keynotes of the RTI Act and briefed the aims & objectives of the programme as well as usability and utility of RTI Act.

After completion of inaugural programme sri Horsha Parichha Domain Expert, Luminous Infoways Bhubaneswar CSP to state portal (RTI) conducted seminar and cited on RTI Act, rules and online implementation of RTI CMM. Latter on question answer session has taken place and at 2.00 PM DI&PRO, Bhdrak concluded the seminar with vote of thanks.

There after Sri Digambara Mohanty Imported training on usability of RTI act then Question-Answer Session was held to clear the doubts of the public authorities and to get the feedbacks from them,

At last DIPRO, Bhadrak concluded the workshop with vote of thanks.
